Job Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team on a 6‑month part‑time contract . Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees with a high degree of accuracy Manage the payroll inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner Prepare and submit monthly superannuation contributions Support payroll tax preparation for review Ensure SOX compliance and assist with internal audits Work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams to support seamless operations Maintain and update employee payroll records Conduct leave audits and handle ad‑hoc payroll tasks Assist with payroll reporting and special projects Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel
